How to Find Bookmarks in Chrome on iPhone

On iPhone, Chrome has no bookmarks bar, so your saved pages are not on screen the way they are on a computer. To find them, open the three-dot menu and tap Bookmarks. That one screen holds everything you have saved on the phone, plus anything synced from your other devices.

Open your bookmarks on iPhone

1. Open the Chrome app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the three-dot menu. By default it sits in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap Bookmarks.
4. You land on a list of folders. Tap a folder, such as Mobile bookmarks or Bookmarks bar, to see the pages inside it.

That is the whole path. Because the menu can be customized on recent Chrome versions, the exact order of items may differ slightly, but Bookmarks is always in that menu.

Understand the folders you see

Chrome groups your saved pages into a few standard folders, and knowing which is which saves a lot of scrolling.

See your computer's bookmarks on your phone

Bookmarks you saved on a desktop only appear on iPhone when sync is on and both devices use the same Google account. To check:

1. Open Chrome and tap the three-dot menu.
2. Tap your profile picture or name near the top.
3. Confirm you are signed in with the correct Google account.
4. Make sure sync is turned on so bookmarks flow between devices.

Find one specific bookmark

Browsing folders is fine for a short list, but a large library is slow to scan by hand. A couple of shortcuts help:

• Open the Bookmarks screen and tap into the folder where you expect the page to be, rather than scrolling the whole list.
• Start typing the page's title or address in the Chrome address bar. Matching bookmarks can surface in the suggestions, letting you jump straight to the page.

Searching bookmarks on iPhone is more limited than the address-bar bookmark search on desktop Chrome, so for a deep search across thousands of saved pages, a computer is still the better tool.

Edit or organize from your phone

From the Bookmarks screen you can tidy up without a computer. Tap Edit (or press and hold an item) to rename, move, or delete bookmarks, and create new folders to group related pages.
